Heres my graphic overlay. I took shaky video on purpose so that it looks more realistic. I tracked the surface of the building in Mocha for AE, and then finished it in AE.

My idea is to create an Ad- like video for Hong Kong tourism.
The place that u see in the video is Victoria Harbour.
